The size of the hat  is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine the proper hat size, you must measure your head.


Use a tape measure to measure your head about half an inch above your eyebrows, where your hat will be. Make sure the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can measure your head with a string, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. If you are not sure about the size, or are in between, please buy the larger size.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
